Our customer started to evaluate DS25BR101, then they would like to perform sim. Do you have IBIS model for DS25BR101? Or can we modify and use the model of DS25BR100?

We do not have an IBIS model for the DS25BR101. The best option for simulating this device would be to use the existing DS25BR100 IBIS model (http://www.ti.com/product/ds25br100#simulationmodels). The only difference between these two devices is that the DS25BR100 includes an integrated 100Ω termination for the LVDS inputs while the DS25BR101 does not (it requires an external input termination).
