My customer has been looking for either IBIS model or SPICE model of LMH0346 device.

We do not have an IBIS model for the LMH0346 SDI reclocker, but we do have an IBIS model for a very similar SDI reclocker (LMH0356), available on the TI website:

The LMH0356 is in a different package and includes a 4:1 mux on the input, but is otherwise nearly identical to the LMH0346 (it has the same reclocker core, a similar input structure, and an identical output structure).
