DS110DF410 SMBUS clock Frequency is lower than 100kHz

Hi

Please let me confirm some questions about Clock Frequency of SMBUS.

Refering to the Datasheet of DS110DF410 on page P6 "SMBus clock rate 100kHz～400kHz".

If SMBUS clock Frequency will be about 95kHz by Variation of the oscillator, Will "DS110DF410" take any behavior ?

I think that If SMBUS clock Frequency is not timeout ,DS110DF410 will be normal operating.
