Intel Baytrail-M platform layout guide for SATA_TX and SATA_RX differential impedance is 85 ohm +- 15%. 

Min impedance of SN75LVCP601 marked on datasheet is 85 ohm. If layout trace is based on 85ohm to route but maybe will under 85 ohm due to tolerance. What is the effect for SATA electrical compliance test? Thanks.

    Having impedance mismatch will reflections, these reflections will cause issues with the eye diagram requirements due to attenuation, jitter, under and over shoot. 

    The easiest way to match the impedance is having series resistors. Introducing series resistors will also affect the signal integrity.
