Is VDD=0V also 1μA (Max) about the leakage current of Dx_SEL & AUX_SEL of HD3SS213?

※It is writing to the data sheet on the conditions of VDD=3.3V.

Hello Satoshi,

The 1uA is the worst case, therefore for VDD=0 the leakage current must be lower.

Although it answered by these contents, I did not get a customer to be convinced.

Is there any method of getting to know some concrete spec?

In others, about the electrical characteristics of the 6～7pages of the datasheet, when there was much blank data of min and typ, indication was received.

If there is a method of getting to know concrete spec, or a schedule which Update to a datasheet, please let me know also here.

Besides the leakage current you mentioned before, Which other parameters are in the customer's interest?,

Please remember that some missing values on the datasheet are because they are considered as not relevant for the device's implementation.
