IISO7640FMDWR; DW16 LAND PATTERN DATA

The new land pattern information is in the datasheet, on page 29: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/iso7640fm.pdf

The datasheet used to refer to the standard 16DW land pattern, which didn't have optimal clearance / creepage. Basically, if the standard 16DW land pattern is used, the PCB becomes the shortest path and clearance / creepage are reduced. The new land pattern is optimized to provide 8.1mm of clearance / creepage (nominal). Both are shown in the datasheet.

Also, a land pattern is the portion of conductive pattern on the PCB that is used for mounting of components. Its the "pads" of the device.
