   The This parameter is highly dependent on the board where the IC is placed and therefore I cannot provide you an accurate value, however here you go a document which explains how to obtain the Tc parameter for your specific board, using the thermal information of the IC:

But we not need the actual value,what we need is the max operating junction temperature SPEC, for example 125C or 150C or other.
