TFP501 I2C Base address.

TFP501 specification (http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tfp501.pdf) seems to have described  I2C Base address with read/write bit included.

Thus, the real TFP501 I2C Base address, in terms of I2C specification for 7-bit Addressing, is 3Ah and 3Bh for pin 10 (0/1) is not it?

It is a little bit confusing and dose not correspond to PCA9546A or PCA9548A  address description ( Figure 4. PCA9548A Address. http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/pca9548a.pdf).
