My TUSB2046BIVFR has Suspend stuck high.
I have attached the schematic of my design and have verified that all connections (including crystal), component and VCC values are correct.

Please note:
1) There is no upstream host processor attached to the device for now.
2) I am looking for some activity on Dp0 and DM0 at start-up. DP0 stays high and DM0 stays low.
3) I have tied RESETn to a 10k pullup and a 4.7uF capacitor to ground.
4) I rewired EEDATA/GANGED high. No change.
5) I added the pullup on DP0. No change.
6) All Over Current lines are high.
Any ideas?
