Thank you for the simulation models.

I think these can be downloaded from the website, but can you simulate the equalization characteristic using this IBIS model ?

I was thinking that one would need the "IBIS-AMI" model (IBIS ver 5.0) for equalizer characteristic simulation.

Kawai-San,

IBIS model is used mainly for I vs V(Current vs Voltage) of the IO structure. IBIS-AMI, as you said is used for the signal integrity and shows EQ performance. However for these devices we do not have IBIS-AMI model. These devices were released to the production before IBIS-AMI models were used by customers. Our new products are released with IBIS-AMI model.
