Problems with getting Atheros ar9271 chipset to work with TUSB2046 hub chip...

We have a design using the TUSB2046BIVFR hub chip tied to a Digi ConnectCore CC-WMX-PF58-JT module.

We cannot get any of our Wi-Fi modules using the Atheros ar9271 chipset to initialize.

Memory sticks work OK.

If we bypass the hub chip and attach the a Wi-Fi module directly to the host it works fine.

Question: Is there an issue with using the TUSB2046BIVFR hub chip with an Atheros ar9271 chipset?

Here is the schematic of the USB portion of our design.

Please note that R41 is now loaded with 1.5k.
