In http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/slls824a/slls824a.pdf on page 2:
If FORCEOFF is set low and EN is high, both drivers and receivers are shut off, and the supply current is reduced to 1 mA.
May be it is an error? I think it must be 1 uA, like in table "Electrical Characteristics" on page 4.
