No, there isn't any API for the TUSB3410 on Linux at the moment, not even for Windows

                The TUSB3410 Driver/Firmware for Linux are owned and supported by the Linux community, As Alexis commented we have not a API library for Linux/Windows, you can contact to Linux community to ask if they have something that can help you.
