looking for a device that serialize 12bit parallel video stream ( D0-D12 + Hsync,Vsync,Pclk, DE – total of 16bits) to

MIPI CSI-2 , PCLK is upto 75Mhz ( but could be less if needed ), the resolution is 1280x960.

 

 found the DS90UR910 but it support RGB ( 8bit per color = 24bits ) while I need only 12bit of data ( Monochrome output) so  don’t know if its what I need.

also it seems the needed resolution is not supported

    Hi Eli,

    The DS90UR910Q needs to be paired with a FPD-Link II serializer. The serializer is expecting a dRGB (18- or 24-bit RGB color) input format. I’m not sure if the 12-bit monochrome format is a variant of RGB. However, the DS90UR910Q output CSI-2 format is data type is 6'h24, which is RGB888. As for the 1280x960, the resolution is not listed on Table 7 and therefore requires I2C/CCI programming of CSI_TIMING registers to meeting the DPHY timing parameters.
