DP83848 Power Feedback 0.1uF Capacitor Value

Hi,

Is there a reason for the capacitors in the power feedback circuit of this device to be 0.1uF? Would it be acceptable to use 47nF instead? We already have a large number of 47nF capacitors in our design, so we would prefer to use this value if we can.

0.1uF is not a magic number, but it has been shown to work well over a large number of implementations. 47nF should work as well, but I would recommend reviewing the supply noise and overall device functionality during prototyping to confirm that the overall design meets your needs. If you identify any problems, you can assemble 0.1uF capacitors before moving forward with the design.
