TCA8424 OTP file making

Hi!

I am making a custum keyboard with the TCA8424 and I have troubles with the OTP file. The template and instructions are not sufficient to make a file that does not have errors. Can someone provide me with a working OTP file that I can edit for my application?

    Hi!

    Thanks for your respons! The issue I have is this:

    I have the TCA8424EVM with Launchpad1.5 and a chip set up. I can read the data that is currently on the chip (programmed at the factory I presume). However, this is a configuration for a generic qwerty computer keyboard. The keyboard I am trying to make has a completely different configuration. So, I have to change this data with a different OTP file.

    This file (http://www.ti.com/lit/an/scda013/scda013.pdf) that is provided by TI to make this file, is not sufficient to make an error-free file. Programming a keyboard map is not the problem, that is pretty straight-forward, but the 'HID descriptor' and 'Report descriptor' is a complete mystery to me. Also, the 'tca8424 otp template' seemt to have a completely different format than what I read out from the chip.
