Hi, I am Aravind working as FAE, one my customer is working on TUSB3410 and they developed the drivers for windows8. Is there any drivers available for android and linux based platforms, They are planning to adapt the product also to mobile and tablets. They are designing digital stethscope, they want to make the system to work in all platforms. This is our requirement, looking forward for your valuable reply.

That depends on what kind of interface the device's firmware implements.

Is it one of the officially specified USB device classes?

Hello Aravind,

There is a driver for the TUSB3410 for Linux, it’s included on the kernel since the version 2.6.24 you can obtain the source code at www.brimson.com/downloads, Please note that this driver is owned and supported by the Linux community.

Hi Aravind,

Not that we know of. Anyhow, it would be the same case as Linux, the driver is owned and supported entirely by the Linux community. So for android, if there is a driver, it will be supported by the Anroid community. I would suggest to contact the android community for this matter.
