TCA9517 with ISO1541

Dear All

I need to use an I2C isolated bus between two boards connected by a mainboard.

To do that I think to use ISO1541 I2C isolator connect to TCA9517 reapeter how illustred below in order

to isolate and adjust the voltage levels.

Can I supply TCA9517 wih VCCB < VCCA and ISO1541 with VCC2<VCC1?
