BTW, we have another question at XIO2213 reference schematics. The bilingual connector looks separate another ground from others ( AGND & DGND). If just only connect to single ground, does it have any impact ? Thank you.

Hello Patrick,

For proper operation of the XIO2213B, we recommend a unified V_SS and V_SSA ground plane. The circuit board stack-up recommendation is to implement a layer 2 ground plane directly under the XIO2213B device. Both the circuit board vias and ground trace widths that connect the V_SS and V_SSA ball pads to this ground plane must be over sized to provide a low-impedance connection.
