I am debugging a design with an image sensor connected to a custom board with a 913Q serializer on it. The serial link is then run to the DS90UB914 demo board and on to the main processor.
It is setup to use the imager PCLK as it's input clock and I have confirmed on the scope that the 72MHz clock from the sensor is present but the serializer reports that no valid PCLK is detected and I only see the internal 50MHz clock on the deserializer side of the link.
Is this likely a configuration issue or could it be something else? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am on a tight deadline.
