TLK105 wave form

Hi

We measured eye pattern at 100BASE-TX.
The wave form has some distortion like the attached file.

1. Is the wave form is right?
2. Are there refference schematic,PCB and wave form?
3. Could you advice what should I do to design better wave form?

    Can you please share some details on your system:
    - What magnetic are you using?
    - General schematics?

    In general, diferent PCB might affect the waveform, however, as long as the waveform meet the eye diagram and the other specs (amplitude, RFT, etc.) there is no system impact and the performance should be guarenteed (as it seems in the case above)
