usb enumeration

I want to know how much time does it take for the usb device(low,high,full speed) for enumeration to be complete after power to system is up ? (in ms) what are the rise time issues and power req(time specific w,r,t to states) to be needed for enumeration to take place ?

A USB device is required to respond to the host within 100ms after power is applied, after that, it depends on the host, device, function, etc how much more time will pass before the end of the enumeration process.
