Hi all,

Verifone feedback that 6MHz crystal for TUSB2046B in current design is from HOSONIC, but HOSONIC is planning to EOL for this kind of crystal (smaller size, E7SB6.00000F20E3), there would be a risk for us to keep TUSB2046B in Verifone in the future.

May i have your help to know the advice?

Hello,

Figure 6 of Datasheet shows the characteristics for the crystal used for a reference implementation, they can use a crystal with such specs.

Hello Elias,

Regarding to this spec we shown, could you please suggest one of crystal vendor? the main concern is the highness. we have to get some good advise even we are not crystal vendor...because we are facing competitor, cypress comes in to replace us now... help customer help us...

HOSONIC , E7SB6.00000F20E33, is what they are using now. but facing EOL issue.
