If you need to know the maximum resolution supported by the SN65DSI86, you can find it in the datasheet, the resolution characteristics for this device are the following:

Suitable for 60fps 4K 4096x2304 Resolution at 18bpp Color, and WUXGA 1920x1200 Resolution with 3D Graphics at 60fps (120fps Equivalent).

1.If SN65DSI86 can support single DSI channe to be suitable for 2048*1536( LG display  for IPD3) ?

My MCU is MTK6592, so just one DSI channe ouput;

If you see someone use MTK6592 to design with LG display ?

Sorry I don't have information about other project using the same MCU as yours, but the resolution required for the display is covered by the SN65DSI86 even using a single DSI channel.
