I have make 1394B addon card use TI XIO2213B , but we have 1394 compliance test issue in Differential Skew test fail ( 37.9 ps) . How can we fix this fail item? ( eeprom code? Layout? driver?)

Dear Sir Thank you so much!! We have test again and the Differential Skew always in -39 ~ -40 ps .
Could you help to check Will we need to add PCB trace length on TPA+/- or TPB=/- ??
We will modify out PCB layout in this week. thank you for your great support.

Could you post an excerpt of the compliance test you are failing? I want to know what is the test doing.
Adding PCB trace will add delay as well.

The total etch length looks correct, however there is a big difference in the manhattan length, this tell me that you have to route the pairs as much coupled as possible, I mean, the separation of the two pairs must be constant all the way.
Minimize the number of vias as much as possible.
Avoid 90 degree angles.
