Hello EVM team:

 

Please see attached for RMA request for credit for the XIO2213BEVM  (3pcs).

 

Please see below from the customer:

 

[Problem:

After installation of XIO2213BEVM and installing the driver (unibrain) my computer has crashed. If the card remain in the PCIe x1 slot, the computer always crash at boot up. My computer is a Dell Optiplex 990 running Windows XP, 32 bits.

 

Please advise if this is approved.  Thank you.

    Hello,

    We don't mange RMAs here. You may want to go with your Sales representative.

    Regarding the issue, the XIO2213B does not require a custom TI driver, it works with any operating system with support for PCI to PCI Bridges and for 1394 OHCI controllers, windows XP has these drivers built in. Have you tried using the default windows drivers?
