Terminal GRSTz must have a 1uF capacitor to ground.

It is possible that the USB SS host does not see the terminations of the hub due to it is out of reset too soon and the communication is dropping to FS.

Is SS_SUSPEND high?

I changed the GRSTz input to a 1uF capazitor. It does not changed the behavior of the system. I  added an external reset circuit dt 200ms. I also does not fixed the problem still usb2 running.

Possible causes for this problem are: incorrect capacitor value installed on SS_TX pair, poor SS routing or wrong crystal value installed.   Please check that the installed values match the schematic values.  Also, can you provide information about the host controller, possibly a screenshot from the usbview utility (available from Microsoft) or Device Manager?

hi i have tested a second prototype Board. Teh USB and USB3 hubs are working. I can send data to an external Disk with 70MB/s and read them with 63MB/s. With a dirrect connection (no hub included ). i can perform a perfomance aof 105MB upstream and 60MB down Stream. For our speziel application wie need a down stream of 350MB/S. how can the performance be imporved?

To improve performance through the hub, you may want to disable U1/U2 power states - you can do this through an EEPROM or by adding a pullup on SDA_SMBDAT.  If low power states are disabled, the hub will have minimal impact on throughput.  You will need to find both a HDD and a Host that can support 350 MB/s.  Generally, we have found that the host controllers are the bottleneck for throughput.
