Hi,

My customer want to control sink output ports by I2C interface(GE pin=L).

There is description "GE=L: Local I2C pins are active, GPIO pins are high impedance" in datasheet P.5.

So, I have 2 questions. Could you follow me please?

(1) Does the upper "GPIO pins" indicate GPIO0～GPIO9?(Not GPIO10 and GPIO11?)

I concerned that if OVS(GPIO32) function is valid in GE=L.

(2) Is it recommended that unused GPIO(GPIO0～GPIO9) pins are connected to GND?

Hello,

Even when you set GE=low, you still need to provide the desired voltage level to OVS (low, high or mid)

You can leave the GPIO unconnected if you are never going to use them.
