The LMH0387 supports the DVB-ASI and SMPTE259M (270 Mbps) but the datasheet says that the lowest data rate is 125Mbps.

Can the LMH0387 operate at 19.39Mbps (SMPTE310)?

Is there another driver that can span both data rates?

    I need to clarify that I am only interested in equalizing an input path.

    If TYP is 125Mbps, what is MIN datarate?

    Datasheet says that the driver can support datarates down to DC. What about the receiver?

    The LMH0387 equalizer can actually work with data rates much lower than the 125 Mbps specified in the datasheet.

    Although not characterized for it, I have tested and verified that the LMH0387 equalizer will pass PRBS-23 data at data rates as low as 5 Mbps.  The LMH0387 and other TI SDI cable equalizers (e.g. LMH0344, LMH0384, and LMH0394) have been used successfully in SMPTE 310M applications running at 19.4 Mbps.
