TUSB2036 overcurrent

Hello,

I use 2-port hub configuration but the device is not enumerating. I connect hub to PC and it appears as a generic usb host. If I change BUSPWR from 0 to 1 I can see change in PC side (passive/active)As you can see I don't use overcurrent oprotection. I don't need it. May it be the reason of enumeration problems ?

I don't use 22p caps at downstream ports as it is  optional in spec. I also didn't use 15k resistors to gnd but soldered it then and no change.

I know that NPINT1 and NPINT0 are switched but also changed it at the board with no change.

Do you see any obvious mistake ? What can I check yet ?
