is there proper board files available for TLK105/106/110 evaluation modules? I'm trying to find out where the 100pf decoupling caps are installed - can't find them from the manuals layout pic ( http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sllu171/sllu171.pdf ), and the manual says the board is "single-sided component placement" - are they however on the backside of the chip?
Can I achieve proper decoupling with single-sided component placement - using for ex. 0204 reverse geometry low-esl caps as near the TLK1xx pads as possible?
