The TUSB7320 failing at stress testing condition.

Questions:

1) please look at the issue?

2) do we have the TUBS7320 WIN8 inbox like driver which can support WIN7/XP?

issue description:

Application: video capture card is attaching behind the TUSB7320.

1) some communication error between capture card and TUSB7320 when they adopt the driver v1.12.25 and v1.16.3 on OS WIN7 and Win XP.. If customer disable and enable the TUSB7320 again in device manager, the failing will be recovery.

2) there is no issue if customer use WIN8.1 inbox driver if the TUSB7320 is working on WIN8.
