Since this was on  hot to do list on our side due to project delays we have to contact TI tech support meantime for a quicker response.

Here is a copy of response from TI tech support.

"The temperature range listed in the product folder for the SN75DP118 as -40C to +85C under the "Sample & Buy" column is the correct temperature range for this device. "

So there is more confusion regarding this info. Can you clarify?

KS, did you have any luck finding a displayport re-driver in the industrial temp. range from any manufacturer. We're having a similar difficulty.
