But data-sheet isn't described the dimensional outline drawing of TCA9517DSGR.

As you can see in the datasheet, the DSG package of the TCA9517 is still in "Preview" mode. This is the reason the package dimensions have not been automatically appended to the datasheet.

I have attached the DSG package drawing PDF printout from the TI packaging website.

As a follow-up note, since this package is in "PREVIEW" it does not necessarily mean it will be released to production.
