I am having trouble finding mechanical data for the WQFN package for the TPD12S520. It's not in the data sheet and I couldn't find it on the TI package site either. Can you help please?

Thank you for pointing out the missing package information in our datasheet. I have had to request an official package drawing that may take up to a week to get. I will post it here ASAP.
