[DP83848K] Case Temperature

Hello~

According to DP83848K's datasheet, I just found MAX values for "case temp" as 147.7 °C & "die temperature (Tj)" as 150 °C.

In case of "Ambient Temperature (TA)" & "Storage Temperature (TSTG)", these values already has MIN ~ MAX range in datasheet.

I would like to know the MIN values for "case temp" & "die temperature (Tj)".

Please help me.

    C.W.,

    As noted in the datasheet, the absolute maximum ratings are those values beyond which the safety of the device cannot be guaranteed.  If you are interested in a corresponding minimum value, the parameter of interest should be the minimum storage temperature of -65C. 

    If you are interested in the minimum values during operational mode, that is a relatively straightforward connection based on the thermal characteristics of the package.  Let me know if this is your area of interest.
