We did change AISG MODEM from MAX9947 to SN65HVD62 to our big customer(KMW).

Our customer need ESD Information of SN65HVD62.

HBM / CDM / MM

Please reply as soon as possible.

    Hi Jayden,

    Though it is well disguised, HBM is specified under the Absolute Maximum section of the datasheet as ±2kV.

    Additionally, the part passes CDM up to at least 1kV.

    Can you provide additional clarification about why the customer is interested in MM testing?

    Many industries are moving away from MM as a component level requirement.  Due to their similar waveform signatures and failure modes, MM is considered largely redundant beyond HBM testing, and therefore specified with decreasing frequency.
