I found rating of "Derate" but I can't catch the meaning of this.

Kensuke-san,
The maximum power dissipation of the DS80PCI402 device is 900mW. This parameter is 100% ATE production tested and guaranteed in the Electrical Table.
The package for both devices is the same and it is possible for this package to handle more power than the DS80PCI402 circuit actually consumes. Here is the thermal calculation for the DS80PCI402 device running at an ambient temperature of 85C with no airflow.
Theta JA = 19.1 degrees C / Watt (juntion to ambient temperature delta per watt)
Specified Ambient temperature operating range is -40 to +85 degrees C
85C + 19.1 C/Watt * 0.9 Watt = 85C + 17.19C = 102.19C junction temperature
This junction temperature is below the maximum specified junction temperature of 125C.
In practical terms, the package can dissipate much more power than the DS80PCI402 consumes and still keep the silicon below the maximum junction temperature specification.
Best Regards,
Lee
