Hi,

I have a question about TPD2E009.

The data sheet is described about system leve ESD(IEC61000-4-2).

Please let met know why device level ESD(HBM/MM/CDM) isn't specified.

    Kato-san,

    Any device that meets IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 specification far exceeds the HBM/MM/CDM highest level ratings of 4000/400/1000 V (respectively) and over similar time intervals. Therefore these standards are not mentioned because they are far exceeded.

    Thank you for your response.

    There is one more questions that I would like to ask you.

    I suppose that IEC61000-4-2(Level 4) is guaranteed Air-Gap Discharge 15kV.

    However, the data sheet is described 8kV.

    Would you kindly tell me why the data is difference?

    Kato-san,

    Thank you for bringing this discrepency to our attention. Level 4 rating is 15 kV Air Gap, and we do not meet that one. I will add have this data sheet updated. Be aware that process takes many weeks. I apologize for any inconvenience.
