Issue with dual link i2c access support from DS90UH949 when 2 FPD links are connected

I am working on the serializer configuration driver for TI DS90UH949Q, which is connected over i2c to the Host controller(J5).  

We are using the TI DS90UH949Q serializer in our HW to connect two display units(Display-2 & Display-3 – as shown below) over the 2 FPD links. These FPD links are connected to the TI DS90UH928Q-Q1 deserializer on the Display adapter boards.  The 949 Primary link is connected to Display2 and secondary link is connected to Display3.  

Now we are facing issues with the serializer- DS90UH949. Not able to do i2c communication with the Display-3 when both the displays(2 & 3) are connected.

 > The i2c communication is success with Display-2  (des-928(0x6C) and MCU (0x60)) .

 > But the i2c communication with Display-3 (which is connected to the secondary link) is not happening. Even we are not able to read the i2c ID of Deserializer 928 from Display-3. 

As I understand, By default the primary link is enabled always. We tried all the configuration on 949 to enable the dual link support. But no Progress.    

please help us on this to find whether we are doing something wrong with the register configuration (attached the reg dump) or any more settings has to be done for the same.
