Hi,

Can I get following thermal details of the RS 422 driver IC of part number DS26LV31TM/NOPB?

1. Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Rja).

2. Thermal Resistance Junction to case (Rjc).

3. Thermal Resistance junction to board, (Rjb).

Please help me in finding these values for the mentioned part.
