I have the some questions about TLK105RHB.

(1) LED Interface

Could you please let me know the maximum sink and source current of LED interface pins ?

(2) Recommended Land Pattern

Please kindly send the recommended land pattern that you can share with us.

I can't find that data from datasheet.

The CAD symbol for the TLK105 can be found on the Webench CAD site:

Typical value for source & sink through the led buffers is 4mA. i will look for the max values for you.

Can we use this device with 20mA LED current?

Our customer would like to use as 20mA LED current.
If no , do you have any application for 20mA LED drive that you can share with us?

In some applications where I have seen customers use these types of higher current LEDs, they have used a MOSFET or bipolar device to drive the LED. The output of the TLK device would then drive this external device. Perhaps that would be a possibility in this application.

Our customer change the LED current to 5mA(typ).

5mA is typical value. we will look for the max value, in the meantime you can proceed with these LED's
