DS90UB913/4Q-Q1 , chip revision change

Hello,
 
Could you please let me know whether DS90UB913/4Q-Q1 has chip revision change from 2012 ?
Our customer has these EVMs on 2012 and they would like to evaluate these boards from now.
If there is not chip revision, they will evaluate their EVMs.
 
I believe there is not chip revision from RevA to RevC.
However I couldn't find the description of revision of RevA.

    Hi Ryuji,

    There hasn't been a revision of the 913Q/914Q since the part was released. However, it is possible that the EVM was built using pre-production silicon. The way to check whether this is the case is to read register 0x1C, bits 7:4. The current revision should read 001.

    Please let me know about Revision ID bit.
    I found that revision ID bit of 913/914Q from the datasheet Page  24 and 33.
     
    DS90UB913Q : 0x0C 7:5 Revision ID is 0x00 in Production(DS P.24, Table 1)
    DS90UB913Q : 0x0C 7:4 Revision ID is 0x0000 in Production (DS P.33, Table 2)
     
    I think that these  registers are not 001.
    Could you please let me know the correct values for each devices?
