Hi,

Is it possible INT pin to be open if customer doesn't use this pin?

I think it is OK because of open drain output, but would like to confirm just in case.

Which device are you concerned with?

If you look at the link to the thread below bullet 2) offers guidance on how to handle unused INT pins for PCA9545A. There are other E2E threads like this one you can search through that may also offer guidance.

Hi Adam-san,

The device is TCA6408A.

Is it also recommended to connect INT pin to GND if unused?

I'd like to confirm just in case.

Yaita,

Yes it is also recommended for the TCA6408A that any unused INT pins are connected to ground.
