TUSB7320 - Wait Time after PERST# = High

Hi Team,

Could you please tell us how long you should wait after releasing PERST#, before configuration request ?

PCIe standards says to wait minimum 100ms, however sometimes it may need more time to complete configuration.

Is there any limitation for TUSB7320 ?

    Hello,

    The first step is to follow the Power-up sequence described on datasheet, after PERST# is de-asserted, wait 100ms before start configuration requests.

    Thank you for answering my question.

    Yes, I understand that you must follow the Power-up sequence first.

    I asked this question because some devices require a few hundreds of ms before starting the configuration requests.

    I understood that TUSB7320 will have enough wait time if 100ms is set before configuration requests.
