Dear ALL
Our customer is using ULN2003ADR for BaseStation.
Could you please teach me the Min of VI(on) On-State input Voltage.
Condition is VCE=2.4V, IC=200mA.
Datasheet say Max is 2.4V.
Thanks

Koji-san,
Providing a input of 2.4V will ensure that the ULN2003A can drive a 200mA load at 25C. To cover temperature changes, the ULN2003AI's recommendation of 2.7V should be used instead.
A 5V CMOS logic signal will drive the inputs well above 2.7V. Many 3.3V logic signals can also drive the input above 2.7V.
It is no problem for the input voltage to exceed 2.7V. A input voltage that is too low may not drive the ULN2003A transistor enough to ensure a good low output voltage.
Dear Ronald-san
Thank you very much for your prompt reply.

My customer would like to know that what is the minimum Voltage may drive ULN2003A.
I'd really appreciated it if you could reply my question.
Thanks

Koji-san,
I did answer that question. Please rephrase the question.
Are you asking how we test that parameter or how the parameter relates to an application's design
Dear Ron-san
I'm really sorry that my understand was wrong.
Thank you very much for your answer, your answer is support for customer requirement.
Thanks
