Hi sir

            Could you help to check TI PHY DP83848 can support IEEE802.3az(EEE)??

If this phy can not support IEEE802.3az(EEE) , What`s divice can support IEEE802.3az(EEE)?

    The DP83848 does not support IEEE 802.3az (EEE).  For the application you are considering, what are the other key requirements?  Are there other must have features?  Is there a target for power consumption in normal operational mode?  Are you targeting specific power supply voltages or a specific package footprint?
