DP83848TSQ short circuited PFBOUT, PFBIN1 and PFBIN2 pin

Hi,

Would like to check if there would be any permanent damage to the DP83848TSQ if there is a shorted circuit causing a pull high to 3.3V to the PFBOUT, PFBIN1 and PFBIN2.

Am not able to find this data from the datasheet regarding the maximum input voltage range for these pins and hence need an advise here.

During normal operation, the nominal voltage on the PFBOUT, PFBIN1, and PFBIN2 pins should be 1.8V. Are you saying that you are measuring 3.3V on these pins when the device is powered?

Thanks for the reply.

No, but during the PCB fabrication there is the issue which lead to the short circuit of the external 3.3V supply to the those pins by the PCB manufacturer. Am doing risk assessment on the device if this will cause permanent damage to the IC.
Therefore, need some advise on this matter.

Hi Patrick,

Given the nominal voltage is 1.8V, what is the maximum recommended operating voltage for the pins?
On top of that, what is the maximum absolute voltage?
