You have a choice between several clock sources during BIST testing. There is an internal clock generator in the '913 that can be used as a clock source, the frequency that this runs at depends upon the mode that the device is in, and is shown in Table 3 on the datasheet.
If you select 'PCLK' mode, but are using the external oscillator mode, then BIST will operate using the external oscillator.
BIST can operate either with the clock sourced from PCLK or with an internally generated clock. This is selected via register 0x14 in the DS90UB913 and is shown in Table 3 of the datasheet.
