What is the recommended pull up/down resistor value for EN_RXD, DEx, EQx and OSx pins ?

EN_RXD pin has an internal pull up. Can you keep this pin OPEN when EN_RXD=High ?
Or do you recommend external pull up using the resistor in Q1 ?

I believe there is no EVM for these device, however, do you have a reference schematic of SN65LVPE502x ?
